- Control Output Function:
Available for 2 sets of control output (HEAT / COOL control). The standard control output types include relay , SSR drive ,linear output (ma, V). OUT1 can be used as HEAT control (reverse action) or COOL control (direct action).OUT1 + OUT2 is suitable for HEAT / COOL control. Advanced control output include “three wire motor valve control (optional). SCR / TRIC trigger (optional)

- Control Algorithm:
PID and FUZZY control modes are available through operation board for compatible of different loading

- Alarm Output:
Maximum with 3 sets of alarm output. Totally 17 types of alarm modes for selection, is also available for heater break detection. 1 unit of CT (Current Transformer) is included in this option

- Heater Break Alarm(HBA):
Heater current through CT can be displayed on controller. Using this function to inspect HEATER current and protect HEATER in advance

- Transmission (TRS) Output Function (Optional):
TRS output value is corresponding to PV or SV display value. Various output type for selection include DC 4~20 ma, 0~20 ma, 0~5 v, 0~10 v, 1~5 v, 2~10 v. It can be used with external temperature recorder or external large display.

- RS232/RS485 Communication Function (Optional):
FY controllers support “Modbus” communication protocol. Is easy for using FY controllers to communicate with various HMI and PLC .RS 232 or RS 485 communication interface are available by custom selection. Up to 32 controllers can be connected together in RS 485 communication and max wiring length is 1200 m.

- TTL Communication Function (optional):
Up to 10 controllers can be linked together in TTL communication network. The SV of slave controllers will be remote by master controller and reached to max value at the same time.

- Water /Dust Proof Function (optional):
Front panel conformed to IP65 Water / Dust Proof level .this function had tested and authorized by third country's laboratory.

- Data Lock Function:
All parameter are separates in 3 operation levels. Each parameter can be hidden or locked to prevent unauthorized changes.

- Output mode can be switched between AUTO and MANUAL mode by front Key operations is useful output simulation.
- Output percentages displayed on the bar-graph in LED's resolution.
- Data storage in a high reliability EEPROM.
- Self-diagnosis function continuously monitors controller internal status and displays corresponding error codes if error status is occurred.
- Auto-Zero and Auto-Span function keep good accuracy for long-term use.
- Universal power Range (AC 85~265 V , 50/60 HZ).thus FY Controller can be applied in any country around the world.
