FY-series Digital Controller are Single loop TAIE PID Controllers, which are Suitable for various Industrial Process Controls Temperature Control is One of the Main Applications.

PFY series added the “SV RAMP / SOAK Programmable” Function to FY series, all other Functions are the Same with FY series. There are 16 Segments of RAMP / SOAK in 2 Patterns for Programming

FY/PFY Controller can accept various process input, like Temperature, Humidity, Pressure flow, PH and various analog linear inputs,            like DC 4~20 mA, 0~20 mA, 0~5 V, 0~10 V etc

Temperature Control:

Available for TC, RTD, Linear (mA / V / mV) sensor input

TC types can be chosen by front panel key operation.DPT / JPT types can be chosen by front panel key operation

Function Description: Refer to “Order Information”

  • Programmable Function:
  • 2 sets; each set has 8-section programmable control available. (option)

  • Control Output Function:
  • Available for 2 sets of control output (HEAT / COOL control). The standard control output types include relay , SSR drive ,linear output (ma, V). OUT1 can be used as HEAT control (reverse action) or COOL control (direct action).OUT1 + OUT2 is suitable for HEAT / COOL control. Advanced control output include “three wire motor valve control (optional). SCR / TRIC trigger (optional)

  • Control Algorithm:
  • PID and FUZZY control modes are available through operation board for compatible of different loading

  • Alarm Output:
  • Maximum with 3 sets of alarm output. Totally 17 types of alarm modes for selection, is also available for heater break detection. 1 unit of CT (Current Transformer) is included in this option

  • Heater Break Alarm(HBA):
  • Heater current through CT can be displayed on controller. Using this function to inspect HEATER current and protect HEATER in advance

  • Transmission (TRS) Output Function (Optional):
  • TRS output value is corresponding to PV or SV display value. Various output type for selection include DC 4~20 ma, 0~20 ma, 0~5 v, 0~10 v, 1~5 v, 2~10 v. It can be used with external temperature recorder or external large display.

  • Remote SV Function (Optional):
  • SV in FY controller can be remote by external analog signal from PLC or other controllers.

  • RS232/RS485 Communication Function (Optional):
  • FY controllers support “Modbus” communication protocol. Is easy for using FY controllers to communicate with various HMI and PLC .RS 232 or RS 485 communication interface are available by custom selection. Up to 32 controllers can be connected together in RS 485 communication and max wiring length is 1200 m.

  • TTL Communication Function (optional):
  • Up to 10 controllers can be linked together in TTL communication network. The SV of slave controllers will be remote by master controller and reached to max value at the same time.

  • Water /Dust Proof Function (optional):
  • Front panel conformed to IP65 Water / Dust Proof level .this function had tested and authorized by third country's laboratory.

  • PV Offset Function:
  • The PV offset value can be adjusted by manual setting

  • Digital PV Filter Function:
  • It can be applied to adjust PV display time to prevent PV changed rapidly due to external noise.

  • Data Lock Function:
  • All parameter are separates in 3 operation levels. Each parameter can be hidden or locked to prevent unauthorized changes.

  • Other Function:
  1. Output mode can be switched between AUTO and MANUAL mode by front Key operations is useful output simulation.
  2. Output percentages displayed on the bar-graph in LED's resolution.
  3. Data storage in a high reliability EEPROM.
  4. Self-diagnosis function continuously monitors controller internal status and displays corresponding error codes if error status is occurred.
  5. Auto-Zero and Auto-Span function keep good accuracy for long-term use.
  6. Universal power Range (AC 85~265 V , 50/60 HZ).thus FY Controller can be applied in any country around the world.
  7. DC 24 V power is also available (Optional)
